Confirm project ownership, billing and us-central1 before provisioning.

Configure project/environment-scoped federation. Never upload service-account private keys here.

Inventory actual stored rows, validate provenance and training rights before ingestion. A configured 10M target is not a stored count.

Provision authorized Pub/Sub consumers and separate analytics tables. Validate retry and deduplication behavior.

Validate model access and evaluation before model promotion. Eve currently uses configured routing rules.

Commercial approval is separate
Marketplace entitlement and usage reporting require an approved product and commercial terms. Cloud-credit eligibility is not guaranteed. Standard Marketplace payouts are monthly, not a promised biweekly check. The proposed 1.5% protocol fee applies only to agreed transactions routed through participating services.
